Made with 100% natural imported Irish Seamoss Plant from the Carribean Oceans in Jamaica. Cleaned, then soaked for 24h and blend with premium quality 7.8PH Alkaline Water and with fresh KEY LIME juice to defuse the slight ocean taste as well as act as a natural preservative.

DIRECTIONS TO USE:

• As a supplement please start with 2 table spoons per day on an empty stomach; You may also add seamoss to Yoghurts, Porridge or Smoothies & other cold food.
• After 4 weeks if tolerated well, you may increase the dose to 4 table spoons per day.
• No known age limits. For children under the age of 15y you may reduce the dose to 1 tea spoon per day. Please check prior for any Allergy & intolerance to any ingredients.
• As a face mask, apply in circular motion, leave for 15min, then wash face with warm water.
• As a hair mask, add organic cold pressed coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil or Organic Castor Oil or Rosemary Oil, leave in for 30min then wash with your usual Shampoo and Conditioner. Hair becomes nourished, shiny, and healthy, penetrates hair growth and repairs damaged hair
